1. From the start of the race
International Olympic YouthThe annual intelligent robot competition is the first platform for international youth intelligence robot competition, which is created and led by the Chinese, and its aim is to serve the international youth science, the moral quality improvement and the scientific innovation practice ability. In 2014, the International Olympic Committee for the Intelligent Robotics Competition for Young People was set up in Hong Kong. The chairman was appointed by Professor Ian Waitz, president of the MIT Institute of Engineering, Abas Jammlippour, vice president of the Australian Institute of Engineering, and President of the International Robotics World Cup in Singapore.

2. Competition Characteristics
The International Olympic Smart Robot Contest for Young People adheres to the basic principle of unlimited equipment, fairness, fairness and science, and takes into account the fairness of all kinds of mainstream equipment when the competition program is set up and the competition rules are drawn up. The competition platform is dedicated to developing competition projects with Chinese historical and cultural characteristics, so that teenagers can learn about Chinese history and culture while training and participating in robot competitions and promote the transmission of traditional culture.

3. Competition Events
The annual competition of the International Olympic Youth and Youth Intelligent Robotics Contest adopts a grading system in which the winners of the lower level competitions are eligible to participate in the next level competition.The level competitions range from low to high: the municipal (autonomous state)→ the provincial (autonomous city and autonomous region)→the Chinese (autonomous region)→the international competition;and other events include regional league, special competition, confrontation competition, invitation competition, etc. In recent years, provincial (including municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions) and Chinese regional competitions have been successfully organized, and the winners have been selected to compete in international competitions, with the unanimous approval of young people, parents and the scientific and educational circles of teenagers

4. Competence Level Examination
International Olympic TeenagersThe Intelligent Robot Competence Level Examination (also known as Competence Level Certification), or Competence Level Test (CAT), is organized by the China Race Area Organizing Committee to evaluate the level of robot capability of young people. Examination-level activities are conducted by setting up test centres in the local city and organizing teenagers to take the normalized examinations.Teenagers who pass the exam will receive a unified nationwide certificate of robotics level for teenagers
